We exist to urgently lead people to say "yes" to Jesus and his purposes for their lives.
LIVE Church started with one young church planter, a dream, and one brave family that said "yes" to God's call to plant a church in Illinois.
Pastor Eric's journey began at age 17 when he had a powerful encounter with God that changed the trajectory of his life. Over the next 20+ years, God has grown LIVE Church into a movement of faith, hope, and transformation in our community. We've launched ministries that have impacted countless lives and equipped leaders throughout Illinois and beyond.
Today, we continue to believe God will do even greater things as we step boldly into His plans for our church and community. We're committed to helping people discover life to the full through Jesus Christ.

Pastors Eric and Kara Kidwell
Pastor Eric Kidwell has been serving churches in Illinois for the last 20 years. He has a deep passion for developing leaders and building innovative solutions for churches.
Pastor Kara Kidwell has served alongside Eric in ministry for over 20 years. She has a heart for women's ministry and developing the next generation of leaders.
